Jordan Example, owner and administrator started Example Home Care of Springfield in 2015.

Jordan worked as a hospital social worker for nine years and kept meeting families who had nowhere good to turn once a parent came home. That is the example story the real owner would replace with their own.

Today the agency is small on purpose: a care coordinator, an office manager and a team of caregivers, most of whom live within a few miles of the people they look after.

## Caregivers

Every caregiver passes a criminal background check and a reference check before their first shift (example).
